ACADEMIC IRREGULARITY APPEALS

Please note:

  • An Academic Irregularity Appeal is different to an Academic Appeal:

    • An Academic Irregularity Appeal is an appeal against the outcome of a Academy Irregularity decision

    • An Academic Appeal is an Appeal against the decision of a Reconsideration Panel or Board of Examiners. Please use the Academic Appeals page for details on submitting an Academic Appeal.

  • Students cannot submit an Academic Irregularity Appeal until they have received the outcome of an Academy Irregularities investigation. Please ensure you have received this outcome before you submit an Academic Irregularity Appeal.

For more information on the Academic Irregularity procedures, please refer to the Academic Irregularities Policy

If you require further clarification or support on any aspect of our processes, please speak with the Academy Director, Stuart Ellis, in the first instance.
