NobelClinician is used to plan the placement of an implant in UR1. A flap is raised to increase the width of labial keratinised mucosa around the crown. The video includes the impression and fit stages.
Using Bio-Oss and Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)
UR2 ridge is augmented with Bio-Oss mixed with liquid PRF for stability. The particulate is covered with PRF membranes.
MAKING A VACUUM FORMED STENT AND SURGICAL TEMPLATE
The laboratory process
Using simple techniques and inexpensive materials a radiopaque stent is made for the CBCT scan. The stent is then used as a surgical template during implant placement surgery.
UL1 with Bio-Oss
UL1 is extracted using minimal trauma with a Piezosurgery periotome. The socket is augmented with Bio-Oss and Mucograft Seal
A UL1 implant is planned from a CBCT scan and a digital prosthetic waxup using NobelClinician. The case is planned for flapless guided surgery.
